Nestor Destor Diculescu Kingston Peterson (NNDKP) has won an award for the richest expertise in trademarks and patents at the Finmedia intellectual property gala.? They received it because of their consolidation of one of the strongest team of lawyers and legal advisors in the industrial property field and for their assistance to some of the biggest players, local and international, regarding trademarks and patents issues.
?The legal practice on intellectual property, recognized as one of the strongest on the market, has achieved outstanding performances in recent years:great rankings in international specialized publications, improving the team-despite the economical recession-but also their involvement in complex project like rebranding Bitdefender?, announced Ana-Maria Baciu, Partner and IP practice coordinator of NNDKP.
The event that took place one day before the International day of intellectual property, instituted by The National Organization Of Intellectual Property and celebrated since 2001, has reunited over 100 lawyers, legal advisers and experts in the field.
Regarding the 2012 rankings, put together by the specialized publication Managing Intellectual Property (MIP), one of the most reputable internationally, the NNDKP intellectual property division was ranked first with the section on patent litigation, trademarks and copyrights, second with its section procedures for obtaining patents and third with the section procedures for obtaining trademarks.
Another specialized publication, World Trademark Review, that specializes in analysis, research and commentaries in the trademark domain, ranked the IP practice first in its 2011 top.
NNDKP intellectual property also ranked first in the Chambers Europe rankings, one of the most important international legal guidelines, in all its first five editions since the launching of the european version.
